Your Business Tools, Set Up the Right Way.
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, phones, and displays - configured properly from the start and managed as your business grows.
Most small businesses and schools set up Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace on their own, click through the defaults, and move on.
The result is an environment that technically works – but wasn’t configured for how the business actually operates. Shared mailboxes nobody owns. Permissions that were never cleaned up. Email landing in spam because the right settings were never applied. New staff getting added inconsistently. No clear picture of who has access to what.
It’s not a disaster. But it’s not right either.
M3P helps small businesses and schools get their tools set up properly - and keeps them organized, secure, and functional as the team changes over time.
No helpdesk, no device management. Just the platforms your people work in, configured and maintained the way they should be.
Who Is This For
This service is a good fit for:
- Small businesses getting set up for the first time and wanting to do it right. See what that looks like in our [guide to setting up Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace →]
- Growing teams whose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace was set up informally and needs to be cleaned up. The same guide walks through what a properly configured environment includes.
- Small schools and nonprofits that rely on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 but don’t have dedicated IT staff. Many qualify for free licensing. Get the details in our [guide to free Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace for schools and nonprofits →]

What We Do
Microsoft 365 Administration
Microsoft 365 is the backbone of how most small businesses communicate and collaborate – email, calendars, Teams, file storage, and more. When it’s set up well, it just works. When it isn’t, small frustrations accumulate and things quietly fall through the cracks.
We handle the setup, configuration, and ongoing administration of your Microsoft 365 environment – so it’s organized, secure, and built around how your team actually works.
New users are set up consistently every time.
We provision accounts with the right licenses, mailbox settings, group memberships, and permissions from the start – so new team members can get to work immediately without a patchwork of manual steps or missing access.
Your email is protected against spoofing and phishing.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC – the three email authentication standards that tell the world your email is legitimate – are configured correctly, so your messages land in inboxes instead of spam, and your domain can’t be easily spoofed by attackers impersonating your business.
Multi-factor authentication is enforced for everyone, not just recommended.
MFA is the single most effective protection against account compromise. We enforce it across your organization – not just suggest it – so a stolen password alone isn’t enough to get into your environment.
Shared mailboxes, groups, and resources are organized and actually managed.
Info@ addresses, team calendars, shared drives, and distribution lists have a way of becoming a mess over time. We set these up cleanly and keep them current as your team changes – so nothing is owned by someone who left six months ago.
When someone leaves, their access is removed completely.
Offboarding is one of the most commonly skipped steps in small business IT. We handle it properly – disabling accounts, preserving email, transferring file ownership, and revoking access across connected tools – so nothing lingers after someone moves on.
Google Workspace Administration
Google Workspace gives your team Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, and Calendar in one place – flexible, familiar, and easy to start using. The challenge is that its default settings prioritize collaboration over security, and most small organizations never go back to tighten them up.
We set up and administer Google Workspace environments that are properly configured from the start – and maintained as your organization grows.
Your email is authenticated and your domain is protected.
We configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, turn on enhanced phishing protections in Gmail, and disable automatic external forwarding – one of the most common ways a compromised account silently redirects email to an attacker without anyone noticing.
MFA is enforced across your entire organization.
Google Workspace lets admins require two-step verification – but it’s not on by default. We enable and enforce it for every user, with appropriate exceptions for service accounts, so your team is protected without unnecessary friction.
File sharing defaults are locked down so documents don't drift outside your organization.
Drive’s default settings can allow anyone with a link to access a file. We restrict sharing to internal-only by default, prevent public link creation without approval, and audit existing sharing to catch anything that’s already exposed.
User accounts are managed cleanly throughout the employee lifecycle.
From onboarding to offboarding, we handle account creation, license assignment, group memberships, and access removal – so your Workspace stays organized and former employees don’t retain access to company files.
Third-party app access is reviewed and controlled.
Every time someone connects a new tool to Google – a scheduling app, a CRM integration, a sign-in shortcut – it gets a level of access to your environment. We audit what’s connected, remove what shouldn’t be there, and keep the list clean going forward.
VoIP & Phone Systems
A business phone system should work the same whether your team is in the office, working remotely, or splitting their time between both. We design and support VoIP phone systems that are reliable, easy to manage, and built for how small businesses and schools communicate. See how it works, including pricing compared to a traditional landline, in our [guide to VoIP & Phone Systems for Business →]
Calls reach the right person without requiring someone to manually manage the phones.
We configure auto-attendants, business hours routing, call queues, and ring groups – so incoming calls are handled professionally and consistently, without someone needing to babysit the system.
The system works from any device, anywhere.
VoIP runs over your internet connection and delivers calls to desk phones, desktop apps, or mobile devices – so your team stays reachable whether they’re at their desk, at home, or in a meeting across town.
Voicemail, extensions, and call routing are set up and documented.
We configure everything cleanly and document how the system is set up – so adjustments are simple and you’re not dependent on tribal knowledge when something needs to change.
Digital Signage
Screens in lobbies, hallways, classrooms, and common areas are an underused communication tool for small businesses and schools. We deploy and manage digital signage systems that display announcements, schedules, wayfinding, and branded content – updated remotely without touching the screen.
Content is updated remotely in seconds - no service visit required.
Signage content is managed from a central platform and pushed to any display on the network. Updating a lobby screen, changing an announcement, or swapping out a schedule takes moments from anywhere.
Different screens show different content on their own schedule.
A front office display, a classroom screen, and a break room monitor can each show different content, updated independently, without one affecting the others.
What This Isn't
We don’t manage laptops, enroll devices in MDM, or run a helpdesk for end-user support. If your team needs day-to-day device support, we’re happy to refer you to a trusted MSP partner who handles that side well.
What we do is manage the platforms your people work inside – so the tools are set up right, stay organized, and don’t become a problem you have to solve later.
