Technology Infrastructure, Built for How You Actually Operate.
From networks and cabling to WiFi, security, and access control - we design, deploy, and support the systems your business depends on.
Your business runs on technology. When the infrastructure underneath it is unreliable, everything suffers – connectivity drops, systems go down, and your team loses time solving problems that should never exist.
M3P Group designs and deploys the physical and network infrastructure inside your space – built around how you actually operate, not a generic template. Whether you’re moving into a new location, expanding an existing one, or replacing a setup that’s outgrown itself, we handle the planning, coordination, and deployment so your environment is operational from day one.
We don't hand off a completed install and disappear.
We document what we build, offer monthly monitoring services for what we deploy (M3P Care Plan), and stay accountable when something isn't working.
Who We Work With
We work with organizations across a range of industries where reliable infrastructure is critical to daily operations:
- Professional Services (Law, Accounting, Consulting)
- Healthcare Clinics and Medical Offices
- Retail and Multi-Location Businesses
- Education and Private Schools
- Manufacturing, Industrial, and Logistics
- Nonprofit Organizations
- Construction and Engineering
Whether you have an internal IT team that needs an execution partner, or no dedicated IT staff at all, we bring the structure, coordination, and accountability to get the job done right.
What We Do
Network Design, Deployment & Monitoring
Your network is the foundation of everything else. We design reliable, scalable networks built around your operations – covering core routing and switching, segmentation for security and performance, and ongoing visibility so problems surface before they become outages.
- High-performance switching with scalable bandwidth
- Power over Ethernet (PoE) for connected devices
- Network segmentation for security and performance
- Centralized monitoring and real-time visibility
Your network is segmented so different teams, systems, and devices stay isolated from each other.
We use VLAN-based segmentation to separate traffic by department, function, or device type – so a compromised device or misconfigured system can’t affect the rest of your environment. Guest WiFi, internal staff, security cameras, and critical systems all operate on their own lanes.
We have visibility into your network before you notice a problem.
With M3P Care, network monitoring never stops. We maintain real-time visibility into your traffic, devices, and performance around the clock – so issues are caught and addressed before they reach your team. The first sign something is wrong shouldn’t be a phone call from a frustrated employee.
PoE switching powers your devices without additional wiring.
Access points, cameras, phones, and access control readers are all powered directly through the network cable – no separate power runs required. This simplifies installation, reduces cost, and keeps your infrastructure clean and manageable.
The network is built to grow without starting over.
We design capacity and architecture with your future in mind – so adding a new team, a new floor, or a new location doesn’t require ripping out what’s already there.
Structured Cabling & Low-Voltage Systems
Clean infrastructure starts at the foundation. We install and manage copper, fiber, and low-voltage cabling that is organized, labeled, and built to standards – so it’s easy to manage today and flexible enough to support whatever comes next.
Every cable run is labeled, documented, and traceable.
We don’t leave behind a mystery. Every run is labeled at both ends and documented in a handoff package – so anyone working in your space in the future knows exactly what’s what, without guessing or tracing cables by hand.
Standards-based cabling protects your investment long term.
Properly installed, rated cabling supports higher speeds and longer distances than shortcuts allow. We install to industry standards so your infrastructure supports current needs and the technology you’ll adopt in the future.
Clean cable management means fewer failures and easier troubleshooting.
Organized, properly supported cable runs are less prone to physical damage, interference, and connector failures. When something does need attention, it’s immediately clear where to look – not buried in a tangled mess.
Wireless (WiFi) Solutions
WiFi that works where people actually use it. We design and deploy wireless networks based on how your space is used – balancing coverage, performance, and device density so users stay connected without interruption, whether they’re at a desk, in a conference room, or moving throughout the building.
We design coverage around your space before installing anything.
Access point placement is planned based on your floor plan, building materials, and how different areas are actually used. The result is consistent signal throughout your space – not strong in some rooms and dead in others.
High device density doesn't slow your network down.
Enterprise-grade access points are designed to handle many devices simultaneously without degrading performance. Whether your team is in a huddle room with ten devices or a conference room with thirty, the network stays responsive.
Users roam between access points without losing their connection.
As people move through your space, their devices hand off seamlessly between access points – no reconnecting, no dropped calls, no interruptions during meetings or calls.
Guest WiFi is fully isolated from your internal network.
Visitors and clients can get online without touching your internal systems, files, or devices. Guest access is managed separately, with the ability to set bandwidth limits, session times, and custom portal pages if needed.
Security Camera Systems & AI-Powered Monitoring
We deploy enterprise-grade camera and monitoring systems that bring high-resolution video, smart detection, and incident management into one platform – easy to operate and built to scale with your business.
Cameras distinguish between people, vehicles, and other objects automatically.
AI-powered detection filters out irrelevant motion – a tree branch, a passing shadow – and surfaces only meaningful events. Configure detection zones to focus on specific areas, and receive alerts only for activity that actually warrants your attention.
You can identify and log every vehicle entering your parking area.
License plate recognition (LPR) automatically captures and logs plates day and night, with 4K clarity and IR night vision optimized for moving vehicles. Search your vehicle log any time, or flag specific plates for an instant alert the moment they arrive.
Custom watchlists alert you the moment a specific person or vehicle appears.
The Alarm Manager lets you configure rules tied to recognized faces or license plates. When a match is detected in a defined zone, you’re notified immediately – so you can act in real time rather than reviewing footage after the fact.
Incidents are investigated in seconds, not hours.
Footage is searchable by object type, license plate, keyword, or sound classification – so finding a specific event doesn’t mean scrubbing through recordings manually. Clips can be saved, shared, or sent as a live link directly to authorities from the mobile app.
The system can trigger automated responses when something is detected.
Detection events can be set to automatically activate other systems – turning on lights, repositioning a PTZ camera to track movement, sounding an alert, or unlocking a door. Security responses happen without requiring someone to be watching a screen.
All video and AI processing stays on your premises.
Recordings and AI detections are stored locally on-site with end-to-end encrypted streams. Your footage never passes through a third-party cloud, and no outside service has access to your video data.
Access Control Systems
Manage who enters your space without relying on physical keys. We design and deploy access control systems that give you control over doors, users, schedules, and permissions – from a single platform that’s easy to operate and simple to update as your team changes.
Employees can enter using a card, mobile device, PIN, or their face.
Access readers support multiple credential types – NFC cards, mobile app credentials, PIN codes, and facial recognition – so access fits naturally into how your team works. Readers can be customized with your branding for a professional look at entry points.
Permissions are managed by role and schedule, not one-size-fits-all.
Different team members get access to the right spaces at the right times. A contractor gets temporary access during their project. A staff member gets access to their floor only. An administrator manages everything. When access needs to change, it takes seconds – no rekeying required.
Two-person authentication is available for high-security areas.
For server rooms, medication storage, financial records, or other restricted spaces, the system can require two separate users to authenticate before a door opens – meeting compliance requirements without adding complexity to day-to-day operations.
Every door event is logged with a timestamp and user record.
Every entry, exit, failed attempt, and remote unlock is recorded and searchable. If an incident occurs, you have a clear, accurate record of who was where and when – without relying on memory or manual sign-in sheets.
Doors can be unlocked remotely from a mobile app.
Let in a delivery, a visitor, or a new team member from anywhere – without needing to be on-site. Intercom integration lets you see and speak with someone at the door before granting access.
The system keeps working even when the internet goes down.
Because access control runs locally on-site rather than through a cloud subscription, NFC card and PIN-based entry continue functioning during internet or WAN outages. Your team isn’t locked out because a provider is having a problem.
Environmental Sensors
Security doesn’t stop at cameras and door locks. Sensors deployed throughout your space monitor temperature, humidity, water, air quality, and motion – alerting you to conditions that could disrupt operations or cause damage before they become a real problem.
Water leak detection can prevent significant property damage.
Sensors placed near plumbing, mechanical equipment, and server infrastructure detect moisture the moment it appears – triggering an alert immediately so you can act before damage spreads. Catching a slow leak early is the difference between a minor fix and a major disruption.
Temperature and air quality monitoring protects equipment and people.
Real-time visibility into your environment lets you catch HVAC failures, server room overheating, or air quality issues before they affect operations or employee comfort. Alerts fire when conditions drift outside defined thresholds.
Motion sensors extend your security coverage beyond camera angles.
Wireless motion sensors can be placed in areas where cameras aren’t practical – storage rooms, back corridors, stairwells – adding an additional layer of awareness to your building’s security posture without major installation work.
All sensor data is managed from the same platform as your cameras and access control.
Environmental alerts, door events, and security footage all live in one dashboard – no separate apps, no extra logins. Everything is connected, and alerts from any part of the system come through the same interface.
New Build-Outs & Expansions
Opening a new location or expanding an existing one? We coordinate infrastructure from early planning through deployment – working alongside your contractors, ISPs, and vendors to keep everything aligned and on schedule. One point of contact. No gaps in ownership.
We get involved early so decisions don't have to be undone later.
Infrastructure planning that happens after construction creates expensive workarounds. We engage during the build-out phase – coordinating conduit runs, data room placement, and low-voltage rough-in before walls close and ceilings go up.
We coordinate directly with your contractors, ISPs, and other vendors.
You don’t manage the technical conversations between parties – we do. From scheduling ISP installs to aligning with your general contractor’s timeline, we keep the pieces moving and flag conflicts before they become delays.
You get a fully documented, operational environment at go-live.
When the project wraps, you receive complete documentation – network diagrams, cable labels, device inventories, and configuration records – so your environment is understood and maintainable from day one.
ISP & Circuit Monitoring
Internet issues shouldn’t be a mystery. As part of our M3P Care plan, we monitor ISP performance and circuit health so problems are identified early – and you have real data when it’s time to escalate with a provider or plan for redundancy.
We know your circuit is degrading before it fails completely.
Continuous monitoring of ISP performance and latency gives us early warning of problems – slow connections, packet loss, and intermittent drops – so we can escalate with your provider before it becomes a full outage.
You have data to back up every conversation with your ISP.
When something goes wrong, ISPs need evidence. We maintain performance logs that document exactly when issues occurred, how long they lasted, and how severe they were – so you’re not arguing from memory.
Redundant circuits can be configured to fail over automatically.
For businesses where downtime is costly, a secondary circuit can be set up to activate automatically if the primary goes down – keeping your team online without any manual intervention required.
