How It Started
M3P Group, Inc. was founded in 2018 – but the idea behind it came from something much simpler than a business plan.
I was renting both residential and commercial spaces, and the experience of getting technology set up was consistently worse than it should have been. Even in newer, modern buildings, setting up internet meant coordinating providers, waiting on installs, and running cables wherever they could fit. Access control was slow to manage and difficult to change. Minor updates took weeks and multiple email chains and follow ups. Outages lasted longer than anyone would accept in any other part of their life.
And when you looked behind the scenes, it made sense why. Tenants running their own cables through walls. Multiple providers competing over the same space. Old equipment left behind by whoever was there before. No consistency. No structure. Just layers of quick fixes stacked on top of each other over time.
Somehow, this had become normal.
The Contrast That Made It Clear
At the same time, the work I was doing in my corporate roles looked nothing like that.
I managed large-scale technology infrastructure environments – the kind that span multiple buildings, serve thousands of users, and have to be designed properly from day one. Clean architecture. Coordinated vendors. Systems built to scale and maintained over time. When something isn’t working, there’s accountability. When something new is needed, there’s a process.
The gap between what I was seeing inside commercial buildings and what I knew was possible was hard to ignore.
This wasn’t a technical problem. Buildings weren’t being approached the right way.
So I built M3P around fixing that.
What M3P Is Today
M3P Group designs, builds, and manages the technology inside modern buildings – from network and cabling to WiFi, security, access control, and the workplace tools the people inside rely on every day.
We work with property owners who want a clean, managed system across their entire building – one partner, one monthly cost, no vendor juggling. And we work with businesses, schools, and organizations that need their infrastructure built right, their workplace tools configured properly, or a trusted partner to help them plan and execute a technology project from start to finish.
The discipline that comes from managing infrastructure at a corporate scale doesn’t disappear when the project is smaller. It just becomes more useful and more accessible.
